He is in Cozumel at Amerimed hospital now. Honestly Id start with a general doctor, get an orden for an ultrasound,xray or mri and start there, to see what doc you need. Im from Cozumel, so I do not have recs for general doc here. My ortho in Coz is Juan Pablo Corona💝
